The "owner" feels much more entitled than a new tenant you select.

If you are selecting for a pure rental, I like proximity and connectivity of Leander giving it my vote from the 3 you selected.  

If I was required to offer these options, people who selected them would be put at the bottom of the pile.

@Roberto Moita selecting a specific market honestly comes down to what best fits your specific REI strategy.  

Though difficult to claim selective amnesia, it is not unheard of.I do have experience with mechanic's liens coming up after closing in the context of a title claim. 

I have noticed that regardless of what zip code I select on Zillow it predicts home values will decrease within the next year but then if I select a specific home in the same zip code it contradicts that and says the home values will increase within the next year.
