This is clearly due to my partner who's also a realtor and i being fairly new to the business, rookie mistakes.

One error that I’ve made a few times now is working with a cheap contractor who I end up having to fire!

Property manager by a long shot, you can visit in the beginning for a couple things but the PM handles things for the long haul, referrals and trial and error are going to be the ticket there.

I was really more asking about what people do when they can't find a buyer, or how frequently this happens.If could be that you made a error with your calculations or evaluation of the area...or the buyer falls through and you have to find another, etc.
