I also added four fluorescent fixtures (used) from ReStore to my garage at home - about $32 total, including tubes and spare tubes.The ReStore does sometimes have new windows and doors that were overstocks, or a special order that somebody didn't go through with, or things like that.

After each property is refinanced I am in an LLC partnership owner of 6 investment properties and a total of 24 units...
