Could be different in your state, but I've been advised by an attorney here in CO that medical issues are not relevant to a lease.  

I want to market to probate properties, but I've been pretty overwhelmed with the process of finding the relevant information in these probate files.I went to the county court's customer service center and was given a list of the most recent probate files and was able to use their computers to search each file's record individually.

There may be millions of teenagers who dream of becoming influencers some day, but once they realize that it takes dozens of hours per week to create good content, and that they need to do that consistently for years to become relevant, they may find another career path.

(of note, while cap rates could increase and drive prices down, the typical hold period will remedy this if it's a good buy, and if it's not a good buy or if income is decreasing, you wouldn't be able to pay the pref either so that scenario is not really relevant to this question).

If I wanted to dress 'cutting edge': I know plenty of women who have style sense and would gladly take me to the relevant stores to show me what to buy to make me look nice.

Buying at a discount comes down to the skill of the investor and has nothing to do with where your returns come from.I also have to point out that using appreciation rates for the past 59 years actually has no relevence unless you are holding the property for 59 years.

Consequently, they’re searching for ways to stay relevant to the consumer and survive the information revolution.
