Regarding the LLC (let's call this Business B), my idea is to use the LLC to build business and corporate credit cards that I'm not personally liable for. 

I know a few good realtors in Miami that love their current brokerages if you're looking for any personal connections! 

If the company you are waiting on is slow/non-responsive when trying to win your business I wouldn’t expect quality service if you choose to go with them.

Not interested personally.. but it is an option to trying to wholesale and failing miserably at that.

If they are intending to buy another property, they may NOT be able to consider seller financing.If they are in a position to consider seller financing, you have to mention the benefits to them specifically and that varies from person to person.It is a learned process.

As expected, I had to personally guarantee the loan but it's now in my business name and reporting to my business credit.  

However the tenant is telling me they have personal issue and wants to move out of the lease or asking me options to break the contract. 

I work on most of the southwest Florida gulf coast area and there are some awesome long term hold spots that I personally have some investments and have helped other invest as well!

Thank god I did because I received it on the last day I could go to the assessor and talk to her in person before I the may 28th appeals datethe letter reads that my new assessment is 590k and that my new taxable rate was 91% of that 590k.
