So I decided to just list it on FB market place with just 2 pictures of the finished kitchen since the rest of the house is not finished in the first 2 days I got 50 replies mostly asking the price since I didn't list one after a week I reposted about the same result I've posted it a total of 3 times probably have close to 120 people that contacted me 2 or 3 that are really pushing for a showing if I don't sell to one of them I will group message everyone for an open house I'd be surprised if I didn't have 15 to 20 people show up for what was free advertisement!

If you talk and push for real estate, something they know nothing about,.. 

What I love about him is he did not started off in real estate by getting a small loan of 1 million dollars from his parent lol; he started off washing dishes at a Chinese restaurant when he was 16 years old (He drop out of high school at 16 years old) With money he saved from washing dishes, he bought his first small restaurant at age 18.

With push to raise minimum wage to $15/hr, some of the jobs that are so instrumental for kids to enter workforce will disappear as technology will replace them.

I started focusing on my health and exercise back in October of 2015, and within a few weeks of running every morning it was easier to pass on unhealthy foods, it easier to sit down and read a book, it was even easier to do simple things that get pushed aside like the dishes.

The lease technically allows for 2 people per bedroom though, so I could possibly see some push back on that. 

Since the house had no basement, the water leak most likely washed away some soil beneath the building.So, bottom line is, have it checked out quickly.
