Now I'm under a mountain of debt with a degree that is barely worth the paper it's printed on.My advice is, first you need to decide what you really want and define it SPECIFICALLY.

In terms of time efficiency and working on growing the scale of my portfolio, I would much rather just print out one sheet a year showing how much I spent on each property for that utility rather than catalog a receipt each month.Thanks,Wes

@Dillwyn Mathurin you can just print them out using a font that looks like handwriting or pay a local kid to write them out for cheap.
