I just got off the phone with a clerk who said that some of the homes on their county auction list other liens such as mortgages on the tax record.

I've also used public-record.com for code violations and divorces, i've gone to the county court house to get probate files (which many include the administrators phone number) and also list source for out of state owners and pre-foreclosure lists.  

It is expensive to get work done (particularly if you have a screened pool cage).

Cancelations need to be in writing, not texts or phone calls, and go through the agent, not a phone call from you.  

I have done my research on building my team but I have yet to make phone calls or do interviews.
