I believe PoL has collected millions of dollars by selling these non-performing assets and would like to keep them in its pocket.

They may always revolve around the casinos/hotels but they are also expanding past just hotels and entertainment. 

@Mark Cohen there are not insurance products that will insure against an under performing business operation.

Assignment is usually preferred, but make sure tittle companies allow that, and that you may need to use or be a licensed broker to perform them.

Then I schedule a time to show up with an introduction letter, perform my first inspection, and answer any questions.Intro letter is short with instructions for paying rent, contacting me for ordinary questions/concerns/maintenance, and how to reach me for emergencies outside of office hours.

I would use pricelabs to check the comps in your area and see how they are performing, especially at this time of year, as that will impact the decision.

Hey may be charging less than $100 for very specific items to perform, and then charging you more money to perform other things.   

If so, would you mind sharing your insights on how it performed during the crash?
