Hello BP, I'm currently looking for a RE attorney in the Redondo Beach area of California (right below Los Angeles) that knows a thing or two about wholesaling to look over my contracts.

I just moved to Sac from Huntington Beach last year, been in OC/LA area most of my life.  

I'm in process of building a tiny house 24 x 24 on a foundation in SWFL (Southwest Florida) about a mile from the beach.

I know many people that do that and it where I live in Long Beach as a way to keep your debts down.  

My question is, What type of loan would be best to get the most equity out off the property and use it to purchase a beach condo for investment purposes.  

Hey BP Family..I am headed to my first REIA meeting in Jensen Beach, FL in about a week and am looking forward to it. 

I have a duplex near the beach and will be living in one side.

Would I be better investing outside the northeast (say Raleigh, Charlotte or VA Beach) though I don't know the areas as well?  

I'm either moving to West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach or Fort Lauderdale and I want to purchase property in the surrounding area.
