I can only go with the info provided and Im kinda sorta passionate about this stuff after 30+ years.Take what you can use and leave the rest.

But last least it gave me a job with a nice W-2 Income so that i can borrow loan to finance my rental property at easeIt's a risk that you have to take for not going to college but hey, if your passion is real estate and you work night and day to build your business, i see no reason why you can not success.it's a fact that the stuff that i learn in college has no thing to do with real estate. i learn 100% on street, book, and other successful people..so yea screw college :)

This topic comes up frequently and people tend to get quite passionate about it.

It takes great persistence and passion to pull off something like this.

We have seen too much political passion from normal folks turn into downright anger over the last decade, and we need to get back to basics and start working together to keep this country great!

But it also allows youto grow those skills beyond the basics through patience and passion,like by moving from advertising your rental unit in a basic way to analyzing ad campaigns for unrelated products and applying those concepts to rental housing.
