As I mentioned above, I've done a lot of corporate mentoring, and what I've learned is that being a good mentor is a lot more about being available, being patient and knowing how to direct the mentee to the information he needs.

It's nice to see what kind of backgrounds we all have.Since high school I've worked as a dietary aide, patient registration clerk, medical secretary, stay-at-home home, cardiac technician and now I currently work as an EEG tech.

I have to say all those people here at BP were awesome , patient in answering my thoughts/questions.

I realize it can be frustrating when you're new, but be patient, put in some effort, and you'll reap the rewards.One last thing -- there are stupid questions . . . in every interview I've done, the interviewee has admitted to making numerous mistakes.
