As I mentioned above, I've done a lot of corporate mentoring, and what I've learned is that being a good mentor is a lot more about being available, being patient and knowing how to direct the mentee to the information he needs.

It's nice to see what kind of backgrounds we all have.Since high school I've worked as a dietary aide, patient registration clerk, medical secretary, stay-at-home home, cardiac technician and now I currently work as an EEG tech.
