I wonder if someone, who has had hands-on experience with arranging an owner-occupant loan for non-resident can help out my clients.

I've leased many times so know what to say to tenants - the pet discussion was thorough and often - we even delayed signing the lease as i was told by Mr tenant that his wife may want to buy a yorki-poo - (I was ok with it at the beginning but my policy is a higher deposit and I meet the dog) he finally tells me during our leasing process he does not want a dog and is deadly afraid of them and they will NOT have a dog in the house. The PM i'm partnering with in my business goes over today to do a property inspection - they hid the pitbull but the Yorkie-poo was found in the downstairs bathroom with a kennel and pee pads (meaning it's not potty trained) - I despise these little dogs as they will piss all over the carpet and since they're so little the tenants wont care or find the mess and clean it up.

I've been asked this so much that we're now working with a group of investors to help others invest and to possibly build some new RV Parks.Btw - as an investor, I focus more on the non-pretty Parks that are more like Mobile Home Parks but also now interested in the resort/pretty parks.A few things to keep in mind:Permitting will be the biggest challengeUtilities - is there water available, wastewater options?

Hey @Joseph WrightI don't have any direct experience with pre-existing MF now zoned as single family, but I am aware of situations where the sale has caused trouble with the grandfathered in non-conforming use.

If you can not wait till tenants move out on their own, allowing you to do electrical during vacancy, I would non renew one tenant at a time to complete the necessary work.
