@John Thedford While we generally disagree w/ the concept of wholesaling as a whole (no pun intended), I do agree that the shifty nature of some of the deals discussed is an issue for me.I don't have an issue w/ wholesaling and I don't think most people would - if you were up front about it. 

It has nothing to do with who he is, the past relationship, or anything of that nature but rather the complication of a business transaction.

I know this is a bit late, but Lafollette is a lower income area by nature, so you know how the possible choices of tenants will be due to that. 

That's just human nature - get over it... and, yes - I missed seeing how vilifying people does anything to help them at all.

In North Carolina, one of the several criteria you need to work outside of those regulations, is if you lend money to an entity (non-natural person).

And human nature is not happy regressing in style/quality, so they will pay less in price (keeping a comparable monthly payment) for the same quality.
