My company is looking for a new property management software.

But to access the portal for your software and data, only one user can log in at a time. 

I don't want to say it because I don't want them to think they could take advantage of me or I can't monitor their work.So i am thinking of getting US address and phone number (apparently there are some services) to hide the fact that I live oversea.

My background is computer software development and I have been an internet entrepreneur in the past.

I haven't found many that constantly monitor email, so I wouldn't necessarily use that as a deciding factor unless you absolutely have to communicate by email.

And or it could be a servicing company that actually owns it.As everyone has stated just stick to your guns if you don't get it move on but monitor it..

I have read Mike Butler's book Landlording on Auto-Pilot (awesome read btw) and I was wondering if anyone is using his Tenant Tracking software.

And for fools note sake I paid $997 just for their tax lien program, then $1,997 for the 3 day seminar then $4,500 for a custom package which included numerous online training's, a consolation to create an LLC, and their propstream software.

I will definitely monitor this thread.
