I'm exploring many different ideas relating to mobile home parks.

I am hoping to make the move from residential (househacking and BRRRR) to mobile home parks.

Purchase a duplex with a 3.5% FHA loan  Put a portion of my monthly savings each month to upgrading/modernizing my half of the duplex while renting the other half then move into the other half after a year or so and repeat. 

As well as an appealing modern feel to go against all of the “condotel” early 2000s-style resorts in the area also offering room.

Most of our rentals are mobile homes on private property, purchased specifically because they cost ½ or less what stick-built houses of comparable square footage would have – and they bring virtually the same rent.

My cousin found a mobile home which seems like a good investment. 

Like starter homes and mobile homes both on land and in parks.  

The modern farmhouses are safer and selling for more. 

I am just using my car as a mobile office and I come upon an abandoned home that might be a good candidate to make habitable.

Please forgive me if this topic has been covered (I’m sure it has but my searches didn’t result in any detailed info)...I’m considering pursuing the purchase of a mobile home park where a number of the tenants have been living there for years without any formal lot leases, just “handshake deals.”The owner is a longtime resident of the park and has no interest in running it like a business.
