I believe that in Joe's investment model, you would be the owner financing the deal, and the people you are financing are those who would normally be renters, but instead are paying you at the financed rate.

They let property to foreclose by junior lien holder and came out from bushes to grab the victim by it's throat taking advantage of being in possession of all related info, while victim could not have this opportunity simply by virtue of reality.But yes, I am thinking, what can stop me to put a lien on my property since I am losing it?

i noticed both home depot and lowes are always/often flooded with clearance models of dishwashers for like $75 for the dw.. if only OTHER major appliances would be so deeply discounted!
