We use email and social media to communicate but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for managing acquisitions, rehabs, and overall business from 11 time zones away?

As a responsible pitbull owner of 4 plus a chihuahua, dont assume these dogs are inherently dangerous from all the people who simply hate these dogs or are just afraid of dogs or have just fed into the media hype.

The only exemption might be if it destroys the historic integrity of the building, but I doubt we're talking about a building which would qualify.  

I will try to provide value as well for what I can though my skills don't translate to real estate well other than spending some time learning about social media marketing. 

The integrity of each deal can also depend on the quality of housing on each block!
