Unless of course, you are ok with marrying a few strangers for a decade or two on a multimillion commitment.

If you mean partner like a spouse well thats married life for ya lol jk. but seriously if they are some sort of financial partner who has no skin in the game id be worried right about now.

I didn't get mine until age 31 but then again I spent a couple years at grad school in my 20's and I also live in an area where the average house costs in excess of $600k so ownership is tough for a young, single earner (thank God I got married eventually!).
