And all the new ones are bought with 1031 money and professionally managed by someone other than me.

I'm not sure how the flipping landscape is in SF, but my hunch is if you can manage in a HCOL blue city like SF - you'll be successful here too LOL!

HI Josh, Condos are nice and easy to manage, however this could limit you from expanding your portfolio in real estate, if you are trying to grow and have multiple rentals in the near future.
