The price for entry there is generally very high, and good areas move fast. 

We have seen pricing double triple or more over the last 10 years, still going strong, BTW my regret is not keeping 50 or so of the 500 I flipped, HUGE mistake,,,,, Good Luck

Do you guys list the rooms for the same price whether it's month to month or a year lease?
