As long as you have zero in the deal, zero buying and selling costs and no buyer will find any problems with the deal, your plan is to make $5k from a landlord that doesn’t use a realtor or lose $25k from a flipper?

Hey @Engelo Rumora, It definitely is a very unfortunate situation for many and hopefully you can spring back from this, but the likelihood of you getting your money back is extremely slim, if at all.

I was hoping folks has suggestions because I kept running into dead ends because the physical bank location of the online bank platforms need to be in the state to follow the rules for MA.
