It used to be the city didn't let you put water/sewer in a tenants name but I know they were considering a change to that policy.

The demand in our Branson market for what type of property guests are looking for has changed over the past few years. 

I bought a property through Miami Life Realty to ABC Capital Management with a loan from a company that I am not sure if it even exists, since there are many different companies with same name, but the address does not match anywhere and on the papers i've signed there is not any representative from the lender's company.

The study will look at your purchase price as well as major renovations and break it down into each items applicable useful life.
