I have a nice job with a real estate company and, although real estate investing has never been something I considered, I just started to as of late.IDEAL NICHE:  At the present moment, I would like to invest in vacant land only and resell it on terms using seller financing to generate a positive cash flow.

If you have a builder that you felt good with, ask him what it would take to have his rubber stamp the job and use his subs, but let you handle the subs and all aspects of the job.

They have a real estate agent (whose job it is to know what the property is worth) telling them to list it for a certain amount because they honestly think that is what the property is worth.
