@Aaron Klattappreciate the reply. no garage. i imagine building a standalone building would be quite a bit of money. triplex has 2 identical triplexes near buy. middle triplex has coin operated units (1 washer/1dryer) for all the triplexes to use. just looking to raise rents and more importantly get tenants who want to stay long term and most who decide they are uninterested is bc of this factor

This are the terms of the loan:- 5.5% fixed for 5 years, 7 year maturity, 25 year amortization (not great, but the bank is extremely investor friendly and has great products that will help us grow our portfolio faster).
