I was on a showing once, gorgeous unit, great location, but the lady in the elevator told the HOA had passed a rule that the buyer would have to put down carpet (over the beautiful hardwoods) because the sound transfer between units was so bad.  

Another 8 unit I bought had 1 lady who has been there since before I was born, I could make the numbers work without getting her rent to market so that's what I did.

And I keep all the single ladies away by making sure my baby blues are covered by sunglasses.

I'm not going to deprive a 5 year old from having a cocker puppy or a 50 year old guy from having his Labrador or some little old lady from having her 12 year old Poodle, I will take appropriate measures to manage that circumstance.

Lady, we all know your opinion.

The previous owner was a lady that just hung her laundry to dry. 

I got this very nice lady that wants to rent with me.

We inherited 2 older ladies in a large SFR (been there 14 years) so we upgraded the unsafe decrepit appliances, (with some scratch & dent we had bought), but they NOW own them so any issues are their responsibility.
