True, they can get less exposure time in the lobby or hotel restaurant in a crowded hotel. 

However, knowing what this virus does, people just don't go to restaurants or anywhere non-essential, resulting in so many small businesses going out of business. 

Restaurant owners should lie to both their workers and their customers in case someone gets food poisoning. 

In Richmond, there are like 3 ghettos I wouldn't step foot in, about 2 blocks away from $300K-$500K+ houses near the coolest part of town, tons of restaurants going up, and somehow there is an invisible fence that blocks bad activity,  so  I wouldn't immediately say it's not a good area... but without knowing the area, I'd say 70% chance bad area, 30% good area.

The restaurants are phenomenal.
