A buddy of mine in tech was telling me how he was playing with the idea of creating a solution to make the closing process even faster and reduce closing fees.

First, the most simple approach is to join all your local Facebook REIA groups and stay active in those by letting everyone know what your goals are. 

I am not looking to do 1-3 houses I am looking to purchase an entire block of lots which I am funding on my own and build 20 new construction houses (is my goal).

Would love to talk more about you goals and what you’re looking to do and accomplish and see if we can possibly work together.

@Shera GregoryTalk with your accountant and if necessary a tax attorney because there are ways to structure “agreements/notes” to achieve your goals. 

@Patrick Hermans it really depends on what you're looking for and what your long term goal is.

If I were to focus my business only on VRs and continue to scale with a goal of let’s say 100 units, I’d most certainly build a website.

But heck, with a single income, that was my only option.My intension is to use my first BRRR to launch and do more deals, with the goal of building a rental portfolio of long term passive income.I'm excited to show you the numbers and photos.
