I also have the option to terminate my lease but I'd have to pay every month that they can't find a replacement tenant and I assume that means ill just end up paying the full 12 months since they have such a hard time keeping occupancy up.

Heres my situation...I got my first post grad full time job starting in late August in Charlotte, NC.

I have a graduate degree from USC in engineering, still work full time, and do well, but working the 9-5 and trading my time for a set amount is what bothers me, I would say for any amount, but that’s not exactly true, but close.

I drive the greater Jacksonville/Wilmington area for my full time job so I see a good amount of properties.

I thought I'd narrowed it down to 2 possibles, but now I'm in full analysis paralysis...I've eliminated Equity Trust Company based on lots of negative feedback on BP and on my own personal observation of their unresponsiveness when I was buying a property owned within one of their SD IRAs.
