If she can't pay for probate, then you have to make a decision to see if you risk is worth it to pay probate and then hope she stands by her word to sell the property once probate is complete.

Spend the next year or two saving, improving your credit and learning everything about real estate, investing and financial management.

Of course, especially while having a regular 9-5 to get up and go to every day but I was committed and I still am to my goal of creating a rental portfolio that can help me eventually achieve financial freedom.

My goal is to achieve financial freedom by 35 and I am well on my way to doing so.
