So my question is when you hire a VA to do these services should you expect them to have the capability already and what business expenses should i be prepared to cover? 

Going back in time into the 1970s and 1980s, we've seen that the Fed is willing to push interest rates as high as they need to go to fight their first enemy - inflation, and that they are willing to conduct brutal monetary policy that affects jobs to do that. 

You won't be able to monitor anything, so nobody will bother you for information.They are capable of being strapped to something with anti-theft straps or in secure boxes, but you still run the risk of someone stealing it, not replacing batteries, or other issues.The best solution is to hand it to a PM or sell and move your money to a safer market.

Might be able to get EMD back if you fight, I would encourage you to see is contract has arbitration, send letter to agents both sides and escrow or attorney.

Your community is so small, unless it's really raking in the dough I suspect there's not much money to be spent fighting legal battles.

@Matthew Dodrill we do not have this capability today, but it may be something to offer in the future.

And as such, you are not correct with the points you try to make.Now again you can either learn and adjust, or you can keep fighting the good fight  but the only one losing would be you.

You can talk to a lawyer, but I'm not sure that's really worth a fight over.

Since you've got your own business and grew it to the point that it nearly runs itself, I have no doubt you have the work ethic and capabilities to do well with any broker you choose.
