@Mike Fletcher, I understand the fear, and if banks were as loose as they were nearly a decade ago, there would be cause for concern.

I fear this loan is dead.  

The problem is that anyone who knows about Blue Sky laws is going to be securities licensed, and because the SEC is such a wonderful organization, a securities licensed individual wouldn't be able to tell you anything without fear of breaking a rule and losing their license.

While living in a complex for 14yrs as a manager I would find it hard to sleep because of the fear that the tenant I just evicted decides they want to vandalize my car and such, the late night drunk lock outs beating on your door asking for to be let in their unit, the tenants dragging you into their personal life issues and then using that as a reason for the late rent and on and on.

If she has all the risk in capital and name on the note I can see the fears. 

A lot of good advice here and I'll forego my opinions on the actual situation and just say, EVERYONE gets discouraged, down in the dumps, excited, anxious, fearful, etc.  

Ultimately its prob fear and lack of support.

At such a young age, there are definitely fears that I have regarding meeting people that will no doubt be older than I am.

But my fears turned out to be for nothing.I knew what the monthly payment would be, I had a decent idea of what the repairs would be from the pictures in the listing, and I had an idea of what it could rent for.  

I like the overall flexibility of a business line of credit, but fear a higher interest rate.
