So wanted to see if others had knowledge...

I want to invest in real estate, but I don’t have any extra money.

The town I live in is very small and half of the population is US military so most of the Real Estate is US style homes for rent, can't say that I have much knowledge on any else. 

One thing to also consider in this is the housing allowance received due to being in the military which is an extra income.If I left out any information you guys need to help me, please let me know.

The idea is to give it for rent.Think that terraces for offices will not pay off but it is a very nice looking match and want to make an offer.Sellers want a price for the terrace that is 1/3 of the office one per sq feet.I think it should be around 1/10 since renters will not pay more than that as an extra I gues.

:-) We don’t mind the extra time that it takes to make sure that renters don’t intend to have their wedding ceremony and reception at the house!  

I'll be honest, my knowledge when it comes to real estate is fairly limited. 

I figure if I get my license I can work as an agent in my off time to bring in extra money but more importantly to LEARN the business.
