I figuremost experienced investors have their own process for tracking deals.

There has got to be a way and I'm just not experienced enough to know what it is! 

@Sean Beksinski thanks buddy, but no honestly there's many more experienced pros on here then me I just happen to be like a sponge with information and not scared to apply it.

If you we're going into Medicine, Architecture, Engineering, etc..., you wouldn't think twice about spending $100,000's of dollars for the education needed.

It is extremely unlikely that this is a good house for you to get rich on, when every experienced investor in your area has chosen to pass on it for six years.  

If any experienced investors have any insight that would be much appreciated.

In the mean time I'm looking to connect with like minded individuals in the area whether it be seasoned vets in the game or less experienced investors like myself.
