My tenants are nurses, Amazon workers, social workers, teachers etc. the ROI on these houses is 25-30% after all expenses excluding repair and maintenance.......these are generally depends on the quality of finishes and account 0-12% of rents.There is no way it would be cap rate 11% on cheap houses.
