What value as a buyer of that product are you providing to them?

We did a lot of the work on this house ourselves to get it sale ready but it was brutal, took longer than we expected to do everything and the end product wasn't as good on half of what we did because of time constraints. 

One property I have up currently has been there for exactly 1 week, and I've received about 50 e-mails/inquiries as a result; but I've only shown the property 3 times.This is because a lot of people are tire kickers, and if you get past tire kickers, some people don't meet the income requirements, find something else, are lazy, etc.

Do you have a current list of products/services with rates or amounts assigned?

My future plan is to keep 10-15% liquidity in the IRA in case of issues.   

Can I hire Agents for onesie twosie projects productively like that?

I see a holistic strategy of blending your investment funding from 1) QRPs and you 2) regular liquidity.

if you have any subs for any type of work you could share that would be helpful also as i ha e some properties ill be the GC on, but am in need of reliable sub contractors.Thanks!
