Just digitally scan those lease and place them in a shared folder.As mentioned by @John Underwood we almost always meet tenants in person.

We do live and exist in a fiat currency debt bubble and part of existing in a fiat currency debt bubble is the reality that booms and busts are perfunctory per design of the system.  

I have digital locks on my doors and SimpliSafe alarm systems for remote showings. 

That being said, the majority of my assets are in real estate, but I also contribute to a Roth IRA, S&P Fund, hold shares in Fortune 500 stocks, and recently have invested in crypto currency.

Couple hundred bucks a door cash flow, double digit ROI, and yes the prices appreciate and you build equity.

Well I can definitely say that you have some skills and qualities that I'm trying to learn about but of course I don't have the time yet Implement some of the stuff so just learning how to build from the ground up.b the only one thing that I do have to offer anybody is that I do have a certain amount of time that I could use to be on the phone pretty much all day long from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. now those are my working hours and I work Monday through Friday however I have my Bluetooth headset on literally have all day long with me and can negotiate a deal or talkto someone about their house and go the distance for due diligence least from digital perspective and can do comps where I can do them. 

I purchased a few bigger pockets books in the digital format. 

Most were owner holds without prepayment penalties so I paid them down hard to just give me breathing room as interest rates were double digits.
