Because when you try and sell 123 Main street a 3 bed 2 bath house on Craigslist without disclosing you have a RE license you are violating CA business and professionals code.

I have came around one multifamily property with 4 beds.

Ideas maybe where else one can park some money to make GOOD interest, as local bank CDs and putting it under the bed like your uncle from yesteryear really gains no interest compared to inflation.Thanks for your time and help.

What can you rent a 2 bed 1 bath for in that area? 

Maybe they can both move their beds.

Fast forward to today - our detached two car garage has almost been finished into a permitted, quite awesome, ADU - 1 bed/1 bath.

Especially considering that little amount doubles the length of  your 'til death, I mean muerte, I mean mortgage.

Or, the appraisal is nothing to do with the home improvements and they just look at the sq ft, # of bed rooms and bath, fireplace, porch etc2.
