New to REI myself.

I feel it's a bit unfair and frankly I am not going to charge the tenant anymore than what the place is worth market rate because of its location and he is a great tenant (pays on time, keeps the place clean, communicative etc) I feel like i should even give him a break because he said he couldn't even be home since there was construction all summer due to building maintenance repairs. 

It is expected to bring 750k. 

It's always ok to talk to a lender and agent to build relationships in advance.

Are all banks willing to lend to LLCs?

Is your end goal to have CF or equity?

For me all partnerships have to have three things for me to want to even consider them:1: I have to legitimately like the person I partnered with. 

I also spend a lot of time overseas with my job, so I would not be able to manage the day-to-day of my properties.
