Two streets over from this duplex Domain just built 4 SFH and had them sell almost instantly.Rental and buyer pool also comes from st pete, and the numerous shopping centers/shipping centers/schools in the area.South of Gandy gets a lot of flack but it is seriously underrated.

It's a customized version of Zoho, specifically made for wholesaling (it seems). 

More than $100.00 over market and they will jump ship.  

I suspect they realized they made a mistake , jumped ship, and made the next guy (me) fix their problem.

They can miraculously be "lost" "eaten by the dog" or "stolen by aliens" who never seem to take them back to their space ship but only as far as the nearest pawn shop.
