It's completely passive and I only have one customer that is taking a major break due to CV-19.

I'm curious if guys like ZIllow can sell with min customer contact. 

Determine your market have vision; who is your customer?  

They have everything I need and it doesn’t cost me a dime - free personal & business checking/savings accounts, free checks, free wire transfers, great customer support and tech (you can do all of your banking through their mobile app), personal & business credit cards that both offer cash back rewards (and the business cards don’t report to your personal credit), lots of branches in my area (which is important  since some of my tenants deposit in person at the branches), etc. 

I purchased an SFR from them last month and have been impressed with the property and their customer service.

I will follow up new and past customers, and seeking jobs from $500 to $50 million plus.

They are saying there is leak on customer fuel line which is basically the maxitrol regulator leaking in the attic.

I provided my own custom CMA with comps and detailed analysis.
