That will be in your favor if you change your mind since you can plan out the change and come out on top if you change direction.Many out of state investors ignore the hands on aspect and just take the word of the people on the ground who may just be looking out for their own interests.

We remain on the critical path.Regarding the property for development, I spoke with an architect that we work with through my business (Cain Construction CO LLC - Concrete Contractors) and presented him my zoning information (setbacks, max lot coverage, building height etc.)

As for rental units and remotes, we are going with a wall control unit for this one for that reason.The energy efficiency aspect will be a big factor for a rental like AirBNB when tenants aren't paying the energy bills and may use a bit more freely!
