NOLO Press publishes books on the subject and has a very good website, so you can be better prepared when dealing with legal and accounting professionals.

As an owner of a real estate auction company I can attest to the fact that real estate equities can be purchased at auction sales.You need to be prepared, have your cash ready and complete due diligence.

And yes partnering up and finding creative says or seller financing is something we want to explore as well. 

The home we live in now will become a great Class A rental when we are done with it but for right now we are putting tile in the basement and preparing to house hack it.

I am not cash rich but I am creative & determined to learn more.

I have ideas on the development and construction, but lack creativity/knowledge on the deal structure.  

I almost hesitate to give his name, because I am preparing to use him on a rehab, but he has done right by me so many times, it is only fair that I share him.

I understand using OPM and bank financing but I would like to become creative enough to solve their problems and scaling my company to 30+ unit by 2018 from 8 unit in 2016 that I am on track to acquire!.
