That's not *that* bad compared to some of the ugly stuff that's going on, so why wouldn't they expect to get the full amount back, even if it means having to pay up after the house is gone and sold?

I am currently buying property in Texas but the last two properties I sold I have ran into lenders not willing to loan the money to buyers becuase the amount of time I have owned my properties (usually less than 30days), and one lender even stated that I purchased my property to cheeply????

That's almost 20%.The seasoning requirement is because lenders think they're being conned when a property is bought and sold very quickly at a significantly different price.

Every time I've bought or sold with tenants in the building the security deposit is passed at closing and accounted for by the seller (poc) and the terms of the lease are in effect.
