I plan to continue working full time and invest on the side, although both endeavors will be getting my full attention equally.

I just refinished my 15th floor and am continually amazed at what people covered these beautifully floors with. 

I will continue to run rentals, buy, and maybe after 8 years or so rotate another into the same setup, guaranteeing some stable income.

It has worked out great for me allowing me to continue to invest capital into other opportunities that have come about

I plan on continuing communication until property is sold or seller accepts my wholesale offer.Any advice you can offer, I would love to receive it.

So here’s my suggestion:  raise the rent to at least make $200+ over the mortgage (according to the deal analysis) and if they are willing to pay it, just hold on to it for a few years to, hopefully, let values continue to rise and see advantages from the improvements that may be happening soon in the area.  

Property crowdfunding in the UK has great potential to flourish even further as it continually shows stable value increase and good HPI results.
