I rode out a couple of complicated, delayed Equity Build deals that made me nervous.

Am I making this too complicated?

My question is this, will I still be able to asign the cobtract to another buyer or will the agent make it complicated?  

You can do a tax free-transfer to another 403b plan to suit your investment objectives of 6-7% or better depending on your risk tolerance.This is much less complicated and you can own the property outside of your retirement plan and use the proceeds or income to repay the loan back to the 403B.

The securities work doesn't seems excessively complicated to run a concurrent raise to me, but our attorney may feel differently.

The second property is a little more complicated it is 5 acres out a ways from town and has a 4500 sq ft home that is not completed.
