Can the MLO recommend buyers to use his broker services on the listing to find lender?

Each syndicator we’ve talked to cannot accept a 1031 into the syndication unless it’s a TIC structure and the few that do it, only do it for existing clients/investors.

Regarding which department at WAB, I would call the servicing department and ask them for who to contact to release the lien.

Oftentimes there's a disconnect between what the client wants and CPAs services.

We had planned to have a lawn care service doing that, but until we can get the rental income up a bit more, it would be a cash flow killer.
