Do I have the right to see receipts?

I know this has been spoken about before but I am currently working on building tiny home developments, like multifamilies using tiny homes throughout the country and was wondering if anybody else is doing the same or has interest.

I do usually have a few small local pieces that I can usually afford.

It became clear very quickly that the company is making all its profit on 'maintenance surcharge' and is very aggressively pushing 'maintenance' where it's needed and where it's not.

It cash flows $100 a month after all expenses.

At first, I thought it was a joke and now I realize it's not.   

I have used Asana for wholesaling/flipping....it was pretty cool

90% of my clients do not know. 

I can't seem to find a podcast from the last couple weeks and it has great information I need to apply!
