Question, escrow company is asking for title and given that I'm recently married there are a lot of choices.

I have come across a few off market deals in that area which I have passed on recently because they were not really great deals.

I've been looking at some off-market deals recently but haven't jumped for anything yet (some have been in pretty rough shape and don't feel it would be wise to take that on for my first investment).
