After completing a few more flips in JAX, I am researching the rust belt to reinvest my profits into high yield income properties (preferably multifamily).

Nowadays it is hard to get bank to loan money once you have couple investments under your belt, we have three already. 401K money is your own fund and you pay yourself the interest.
